Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict hygiene standards compliance
  • Prepare and present food items (salads, desserts, entrees)
  • Manage serving line operations and stock control
  • Ensure dining areas meet cleanliness standards
  • Handle food storage and waste management
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Address customer inquiries and feedback

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Valid National Senior Certificate
  • Food handling experience (advantageous)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
