The Main Purpose of the Job

  • To perform a variety of tasks related to food production, front-of-house services, and general support, while following all health, safety, and food safety regulations.

Education and Experience Required

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
  • Matric is required.
  • Customer service experience is an advantage.
  • A qualification in Food and Beverage or Culinary Arts is beneficial.

Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

  • Basic knowledge of food preparation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Pride in personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Passion for delivering world-class service to clients and customers.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Perform various tasks related to food production.
  • Provide general support in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
