As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will bring high-level hospitality, focus on customers, and a real passion for improving dining experiences to our food and beverage team. Your dedication to making guests happy will make you a key part of our group.

  • Help run the food and beverage department smoothly, ensuring all guest services meet the highest standards.
  • Work in a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding quickly and positively to inquiries.
  • Take ownership of your duties and complete them on time and professionally.
  • Support departmental goals and hotel targets to achieve success.
  • Work closely with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, and maintain high productivity and performance.
  • Build strong working relationships and promote the company’s culture and values.
  • Follow all laws and best practices, preparing for audits and following up as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food and beverage service is helpful but not required.
  • Hands-on attitude with a positive, can-do work style.
  • Strong commitment to excellent guest service and passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • Personal integrity and the drive to excel in a demanding environment.
  • Experience using IT systems on different platforms.
  • Good communication skills.
