About the Programme
The FNB Graduate Programme offers permanent positions across our retail and commercial banking units. Graduates will work in teams focused on areas such as credit analytics, product development, process and technology, financial, fraud and risk analysis, customer experience, usability, brand, and financial management.
Participants will work full‑time and will attend monthly training sessions and an action‑learning project as part of the development programme.

- Take ownership of your personal and professional growth by completing training assignments, attending workshops and seminars, and continuously building competencies that align with the company’s values.
Requirements
- Strong academic record (academic transcript required).
- Final‑year student in a relevant university program, especially in BSc or Commerce faculties. Preferred fields include Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX (usability and customer experience), or related disciplines.
- Analytical and numerical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
