FNB South Africa is inviting Engineering and IT/Computer Science graduates to join our Engineering & Technology Graduate Programme. This is a permanent, full‑time role that offers continuous training and development.

About the Programme

The Graduate Programme places you in a specific business unit across our retail and commercial banking segments. You will work on end‑to‑end technology solutions – from architecture and development to testing, implementation and system management. You will be part of a collaborative culture that encourages game‑changing thinking and groundbreaking technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service by listening to internal customers and creating innovative, tailored solutions.
  • Complete tasks efficiently, plan meticulously, keep accurate records and update information on time.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and innovation processes, suggesting new ideas and collaborating with colleagues.
  • Engage in knowledge‑sharing initiatives, contribute to projects and take advantage of training opportunities.
  • Complete training assignments, attend workshops and seminars, and continuously build competencies that support the company’s values.

Requirements

  • Strong academic results – an academic transcript is required.
  • Currently in the final year of a relevant university program (engineering, computer science, IT, etc.) or a recent graduate.
  • Strong coding aptitude, analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving skills.
