As a Customer Service Agent you will:
- Assist passengers with ticket sales, bookings and flight changes, explaining rules, terms, conditions, regulations and procedures as needed.
- Help customers during flight disruptions or cancellations.
- Handle and safeguard confidential information.
- Address complaints professionally and promptly.
- Escalate complex issues to the on‑duty supervisor.
- Provide professional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent (essential).
- Experience in an airport or ticket sales environment (essential).
- Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, flexible hours and shifts as required.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal English, including proper phone etiquette.
- Conflict resolution skills.
