Job Description

  • Draw merchandise from the stockroom when requested. Mark items and bring them to the sales floor. Pack and arrange products on shelves.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
  • Experience in agricultural retail is recommended
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in transport, warehousing, or logistics
  • Available to work weekends and public holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of load planning, weight distribution, and safety rules
  • Physically fit to handle heavy tasks
  • Clear criminal record

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee the loading and unloading of cargo and goods
  • Ensure proper weight distribution and secure loads to meet safety standards
  • Check cargo and documents for accuracy before sending out
  • Work with drivers, dispatchers, and warehouse team
  • Keep detailed records of loads, movements, and reconciliations
  • Report any issues, damages, or incidents during loading and unloading
  • Follow company values and keep the work area safe
