Position Overview
We seek a motivated Floor Assistant to join our Vaal team. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store operations, and supporting sales activities. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers, provide product guidance, and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales targets, organize displays, and maintain floor aesthetics.
- Inventory Management: Unpack stock, perform stock checks, and ensure accurate pricing/labeling.
- Store Maintenance: Keep shelves clean and adhere to health/safety standards.
Requirements
- Matric/Grade 12 (NSC) qualification
- 2-4 years’ experience in retail/customer service
- Strong computer literacy
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
