Position: Floor Assistant – PE (Pietermaritzburg)

Employment Type: Full Time
Experience Level: 2-4 years
Location: Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal
Education Requirements: Matric/National Senior Certificate (Tertiary qualification advantageous)

Role Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Provide friendly assistance and product information to customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries effectively

Retail Operations:

  • Maintain organized product displays and stock levels
  • Assist with inventory management and price labeling
  • Ensure store cleanliness and safety compliance

Sales Support:

  • Help achieve store sales targets
  • Merchandise products attractively

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven retail experience (2-4 years minimum)
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
