Key Responsibilities:
- Provide product guidance and resolve customer queries
- Maintain organized product displays and pricing
- Assist with stock receiving and inventory counts
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards
- Support sales team with merchandising tasks
Requirements:
- Matric certificate (essential)
- 2-4 years retail experience
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service orientation (preferred)
