Position Summary:

Join our team as a Floor Assistant to ensure smooth store operations through effective stock management, customer support, and maintenance of retail standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for daily retail operations
• Assist customers with product loading and information
• Manage stock receipt, storage, and display management
• Maintain clean and organized retail floor areas
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets
• Perform general operational tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Matric/NQF 4 certification
• Physical capability for manual handling tasks
• Flexibility to work weekends/overtime when needed
• Basic numeracy and communication skills
• Retail experience (advantageous but not required)
