Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Floor Assistant to join our team. You will help customers on the shop floor, keep the store well-maintained, and support daily operations in a busy retail setting. This role needs strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and a real passion for great customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance

• Greet customers warmly and help them professionally.
• Share product details and advice to guide customers in making good choices.
• Answer questions and solve problems quickly.

Sales Support

• Help the sales team meet store goals and targets.
• Set up attractive product displays.
• Keep the sales floor neat, clean, and fully stocked.

Inventory Management

• Receive, unpack, and organize new stock.
• Check stock levels regularly and report any issues to management.
• Make sure products are priced and labeled correctly.

Store Maintenance

• Keep the store clean and tidy, including shelves, counters, and displays.
• Follow health and safety rules at all times.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Computer literate
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Matric / Grade 12 (NSC)
• Tertiary qualification is an advantage
