Position Overview:

We seek a proactive Floor Assistant to enhance customer experiences and support daily operations at our Fourways branch. Ideal candidates combine retail passion with strong organizational skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

• Provide expert product guidance and answer customer queries
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently
• Maintain welcoming store environment

Operational Support:

• Assist with product displays and merchandising
• Conduct stock checks and inventory management
• Ensure accurate product labeling and pricing

Store Maintenance:

• Maintain clean and safe shopping environment
• Organize shelves and storage areas

Requirements:

• Matric/NSC certification (essential)
• 2-4 years retail experience
• Proven customer service skills
• Computer literacy (MS Office, inventory systems)
• Tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Attention to detail and time management
