Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries
- Resolve customer concerns effectively
- Maintain showroom presentation standards
Operations Support:
- Assist with inventory management and stock checks
- Prepare product displays and ensure pricing accuracy
- Collaborate with sales team to meet targets
Candidate Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Essential)
- 2-4 years retail experience
- Basic computer literacy
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- (Preferred) Relevant tertiary qualification
