Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers with product inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns effectively
  • Maintain showroom presentation standards

Operations Support:

  • Assist with inventory management and stock checks
  • Prepare product displays and ensure pricing accuracy
  • Collaborate with sales team to meet targets

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric Certificate (Essential)
  • 2-4 years retail experience
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • (Preferred) Relevant tertiary qualification
