Sales Assistant (Fixed Term Contract)

Experience Level: Entry-level (6 months retail experience preferred)
Education Requirement: Matric or equivalent qualification

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through consultative selling
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPI objectives
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Monitor inventory and support stock management procedures
• Stay current with fashion trends and product knowledge

Candidate Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate
• 6+ months retail experience (fashion/retail preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Valid police clearance certificate
