Job Description
We are looking for a Financial Wellness Consultant to join our call centre team. In this role you will help customers improve their financial health by:
- Assessing their current financial situation
- Providing tailored financial wellness solutions
- Educating customers on basic principles of good financial health
- Meeting or exceeding key performance targets, including call quality and conversion rates
Requirements
- Minimum education: Matric or an NQF Level 4 qualification
- At least 2 years of experience in the financial industry
- At least 1 year of sales experience
Desired Qualifications
- Post-matric qualification or equivalent
