Core Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic financial guidance for foreign assistance programs
  • Lead team managing $54M portfolio and $100M obligated funds pipeline
  • Conduct financial analyses and prepare management reports for 54 African countries
  • Evaluate partner organizations’ financial systems and compliance
  • Ensure adherence to U.S. accounting standards and international regulations
  • Conduct financial reviews and risk assessments

Requirements

  • Must obtain security clearance certification
  • Ability to start within 12 weeks of offer
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required
  • 7+ years progressive accounting/auditing experience
  • Expertise in GAAP and federal financial regulations
