- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Certificate, or Diploma in Office Administration

Responsibilities
- Obtain quotations and coordinate BBB requirements
- Match courier waybills to invoices
- Manage customer queries via phone and email
- Assist Finance Manager with report updates
- Monitor Sinapi and Transpharm email communications
- Request Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and invoices
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (essential)
- Administration experience (essential)
- Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
