Financial Admin Clerk

  • Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, Higher National Certificate, or Diploma in Office Administration

Responsibilities

  • Obtain quotations and coordinate BBB requirements
  • Match courier waybills to invoices
  • Manage customer queries via phone and email
  • Assist Finance Manager with report updates
  • Monitor Sinapi and Transpharm email communications
  • Request Proof of Deliveries (PODs) and invoices

Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate (essential)
  • Administration experience (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
