Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory reports
  • Oversee financial systems and liquidity management
  • Prepare regulatory compliance documentation

Operational Leadership

  • Manage financial resources and facilities
  • Develop workflow processes and document management
  • Supervise finance team members

Audit & Compliance

  • Coordinate annual audit processes
  • Monitor compliance with financial policies
  • Implement audit recommendations

Supply Chain Management

  • Oversee procurement processes
  • Ensure adherence to purchasing policies

Requirements

  • B.Com Degree with professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
  • 5+ years finance management experience
  • Expertise in PFMA regulations and GRAP standards
  • Proficient in financial software and reporting tools
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
