Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and statutory reports
- Oversee financial systems and liquidity management
- Prepare regulatory compliance documentation
Operational Leadership
- Manage financial resources and facilities
- Develop workflow processes and document management
- Supervise finance team members
Audit & Compliance
- Coordinate annual audit processes
- Monitor compliance with financial policies
- Implement audit recommendations
Supply Chain Management
- Oversee procurement processes
- Ensure adherence to purchasing policies
Requirements
- B.Com Degree with professional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
- 5+ years finance management experience
- Expertise in PFMA regulations and GRAP standards
- Proficient in financial software and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
