Job Description

The South African Sugar Association (SASA) seeks a Finance Divisional Administration Assistant at Mount Edgecombe, Durban. This role supports the Finance and Administration division which manages budgets, financial processing, reporting, and procurement for SASA.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you’ll provide secretarial and administrative support to financial leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional front-line service for the Finance division
  • Manage secretarial functions: screening calls, diary management, travel arrangements
  • Handle procurement, cellphone administration and office supplies
  • Prepare minutes, agendas, financial reports and insurance claims documentation

Minimum Requirements

  • Clear credit and criminal record
  • 3-year Secretarial/Administration Diploma + 3 years corporate experience
  • Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: Market-Related
