Dr Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma Municipality is a local municipality in the Harry Gwala District Municipality, located in the KwaZulu-Natal province of South Africa. It was formed after the 2016 municipal elections by merging the Ingwe and Kwa Sani local municipalities.

Requirements:

  • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
  • National Diploma or B-Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
  • Good communication skills in both English and IsiZulu. Computer literacy.

Key Performance Areas:

  • On-the-job training will be provided in areas such as Budget, Reporting, and Asset Management.
  • Expenditure Management, including payments to suppliers and creditors.
  • Revenue Management, such as Billing, Debt Collection, and Indigent Support.
  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Procurement and Contracts Management.
  • General financial management administration.
  • Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
