Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organized document filing systems meeting national archival standards
- Process financial batches and transaction records
- Conduct monthly payment reconciliation processes
- Track incoming/outgoing documentation through register maintenance
- Provide general administrative support to finance operations
Required Qualifications
- Matric Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Basic financial management knowledge
- Understanding of public service regulations (PFMA, DORA, PSA)
- Familiarity with government financial systems (PERSAL, BAS, LOGIS)
