Qualifications: National Certificate in Accounting (6 month/intermediate stage)
Experience: Basic accounting/reconciliation background
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape

Core Responsibilities
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment mismatches
- Manage supplier account reconciliations monthly
- Process credit/debit adjustments
- Verify payment documentation and remittance details
- Identify and escalate procedural non-compliance issues
- Coordinate with procurement teams on order-invoice variances
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Oracle financial systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Purchase order system experience
