Finance Assistant I: Accounts Receivable

Position Summary

Manage financial operations for African accounts, insurance programs, and payment platforms while ensuring accurate reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process export sales invoices and manage Africa customer accounts
  • Reconcile financial data between Global Trading Solutions and general ledger
  • Manage debt collection and resolve payment queries
  • Process PayFlex transactions and insurance claims
  • Prepare accurate financial reports and month-end journals
  • Maintain updated payment schedules and allocation records

Requirements

  • National Certificate in Accounting/Finance or equivalent qualification
  • 4+ years experience in accounting operations
  • Proficiency in Excel and Oracle Financial systems
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
