Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily financial records and spreadsheet management
- Prepare balance sheets and bank reconciliation reports
- Process accounts payable/receivable and tax payments
- Generate cost analysis reports for fixed/variable expenses
- Support budget preparation and audit processes
- Manage client/supplier invoice processing and follow-ups
Essential Qualifications
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to numerical detail
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with QuickBooks (advantageous)
