Finance Assistant / Administrator (3-Month Contract Position)

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily financial records and spreadsheet management
  • Prepare balance sheets and bank reconciliation reports
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and tax payments
  • Generate cost analysis reports for fixed/variable expenses
  • Support budget preparation and audit processes
  • Manage client/supplier invoice processing and follow-ups

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and financial software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Exceptional attention to numerical detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks (advantageous)
