You’ll drive operational excellence across finance functions while developing talent within your team.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct team operations while fostering accountability and improvement
- Manage relationships with internal teams and external partners
- Oversee financial administration and reconciliation procedures
- Analyze performance metrics to enhance operations
- Resolve complex financial discrepancies and disputes
- Maintain financial systems and documentation
- Ensure regulatory compliance through ongoing monitoring

- Implement risk management strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance
- 2-3 years experience in financial leadership
- Knowledge of Private Bank products and workflows
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Understanding of operational finance environments
