Position: Field ICT Technician

Key Details

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Education: National Diploma (NQF6)/Degree in IT/Information Systems
• Experience: 2+ years in ICT/technical support
• Location: KwaZulu-Natal
• License: Code 8 driver’s license (advantageous)

Requirements

• Understanding of network connectivity technologies
• Proven experience in desktop/printer support
• Familiarity with IT Service Management Systems (ITSM)

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support
• Manage Local Area Network (LAN) infrastructure
• Resolve IT service tickets through ITSM platform
• Maintain hardware including computers and printers
