Position Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented F&I Assistant to support financial operations in our automotive dealership environment. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years’ relevant experience and strong administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit finance/insurance applications
- Manage documentation for banking and insurance institutions
- Track finance approvals and customer paperwork
- Maintain accurate transaction records
- Communicate process updates to customers
- Support promotional activities for financial products
- Ensure regulatory compliance (FAIS, NCA, POPIA)
- Coordinate with sales teams for deal finalization
- Handle general administrative tasks
Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
- Matric certificate (required)
- FAIS/NCA accreditation (preferred)
- Finance/Business qualification (advantageous)
Experience & Skills:
- 1-2 years dealership F&I experience
- Knowledge of financial service providers
- Familiarity with DMS systems (Kerridge/Automate)
- Strong organizational abilities
- Excellent communication skills
