About the Role

Feltex Automotive is looking for a motivated graduate trainee in Finance to join our Trim business unit. This role offers hands‑on experience in financial analysis, internal controls, and day‑to‑day finance operations. No prior experience is required – just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Internal Controls: Follow company policies and procedures to maintain strong internal controls.
• Audits & Year‑End Processes: Help prepare ledger balances, trial balances, and supporting documents for audits.
• Cashbook Management:
  • Review cheque requisitions and process payments.
  • Enter issued cheques into the system.
  • Maintain the cash book and perform bank reconciliations.
  • Process import stock payments for goods in transit.
• Creditors:
  • Prepare credit applications and reconcile creditor balances.
  • Submit creditor payments and maintain master files.
  • Forward remittance advice to suppliers.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• BCom in Finance or an advanced diploma in a related field.
