Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of family law including:
    • Children’s Act
    • Maintenance Act
    • Domestic Violence Act
    • Mediation in Divorce Matters Act
  • Understanding of international child abduction (Hague Convention)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client screening interviews and parental rights information sessions
  • Assist public with legal form completion and queries
  • Support customer satisfaction surveys and community outreach
  • Handle court-related correspondence and document preparation
  • Mediate parental responsibility disputes
