Education: LLB Degree or 4-year recognized legal qualification
Position Requirements:
- Admitted as an Advocate in South Africa
- Minimum 5 years’ litigation experience
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Proficiency in Afrikaans advantageous
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Family Advocate duties per relevant legislation
- Manage Hague Convention cases when assigned
- Review and endorse settlement agreements
- Conduct child welfare assessments through mediation and dispute resolution
- Provide services across provincial circuit courts
