Faculty Assistant Contractor (Hybrid)

Position Details

  • Contract Type: Initial 3-month contract (with extension potential)
  • Location: Cape Town Northern Suburbs (Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Hospitality preferred)
  • Experience: Customer service role experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3-4 faculty members
  • Manage complex scheduling and international travel arrangements
  • Prepare teaching materials and conduct research assistance
  • Coordinate meeting logistics and event support
  • Process expense reports and maintain documentation
  • Assist with virtual/hybrid academic programs

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Fluent English (French proficiency advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce/CANvas/Zoom preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with multitasking capability
  • Professional communication and client service orientation
  • Adaptable team player with international exposure
