Faculty Assistant Contractor (Hybrid)

Position Details
- Contract Type: Initial 3-month contract (with extension potential)
- Location: Cape Town Northern Suburbs (Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 days remote)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Hospitality preferred)
- Experience: Customer service role experience required
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3-4 faculty members
- Manage complex scheduling and international travel arrangements
- Prepare teaching materials and conduct research assistance
- Coordinate meeting logistics and event support
- Process expense reports and maintain documentation
- Assist with virtual/hybrid academic programs
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Fluent English (French proficiency advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce/CANvas/Zoom preferred
- Strong organizational skills with multitasking capability
- Professional communication and client service orientation
- Adaptable team player with international exposure
