Position Details

  • Salary Range: R460,835.76 – R488,614.08 per annum (excl. benefits)
  • Employment Type: Full-time permanent
  • Location: Mathibestad, North West
  • Department: Infrastructure & Facilities Management

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • National Certificate in Facility/Project Management
  • 3+ years municipal operations experience
  • Valid Code C1 driver’s license
  • Clear criminal record

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage building maintenance programs and infrastructure projects
  • Oversee facility budgets and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Coordinate contractor relationships and service agreements
  • Implement emergency preparedness protocols
  • Optimize space utilization across municipal properties
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations
