Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Built Environment/Project Management
  • Professional registration preferred
  • 5+ years post-qualification relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of Built Environment principles
  • Valid Code B driver’s license

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate capital and operational expenditure programs
  • Monitor project budgets and financial compliance (MFMA)
  • Manage contract administration and tender processes
  • Oversee multi-dimensional projects from conception to completion
  • Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives
  • Supervise project team members
  • Ensure policy compliance across all operations
