Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Built Environment/Project Management
- Professional registration preferred
- 5+ years post-qualification relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Built Environment principles
- Valid Code B driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate capital and operational expenditure programs
- Monitor project budgets and financial compliance (MFMA)
- Manage contract administration and tender processes
- Oversee multi-dimensional projects from conception to completion
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Supervise project team members
- Ensure policy compliance across all operations
