Job Overview

This role manages visitors, phone calls, and messages efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Receive clients, visitors, and the general public.
• Answer incoming calls politely and route them to the right person.
• Provide general information about the company, such as contact details of other branches and website information.
• Record messages for employees who are not in their offices and deliver them promptly.
• Update the internal telephone list and circulate it monthly.
• Sign for deliveries when necessary and notify recipients.
• Keep the reception area clean and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

• Customer‑oriented attitude.
• Computer literacy.
• Good administrative skills.
• At least 2 years of switchboard experience.
• Civil Engineering NQF3 qualification.
