Key Responsibilities

Facilities Coordination

  • Manage maintenance requests and contractor coordination
  • Supervise repair quality and completion
  • Maintain access card system (issuance/tracking)

Office Operations

  • Manage stationery inventory and orders
  • Assist with printer maintenance
  • Support event setup and coordination
  • Conduct routine office safety inspections

Safety & Compliance

  • Serve as first aid responder
  • Manage fire safety equipment and evacuation procedures
  • Conduct quarterly safety audits

Fleet & Equipment

  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor CCTV system operations
  • Maintain emergency equipment inventory

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Valid first aid/fire safety certification
  • Flexibility for occasional after-hours support
