Position Details

Purpose

Deliver effective learning solutions to enhance client capabilities aligned with organizational strategy and quality standards.

Key Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 certificate
  • NQF Level 6 Diploma in relevant field

Professional Experience:

  • 3+ years hands-on training delivery experience
  • Proven record in developing course materials
  • Technical expertise in ISO standards implementation

Core Responsibilities

Training Operations:

  • Conduct ISO standards training (9001, 22000, SANS codes)
  • Develop updated course content for new regulations
  • Create practical assessment tools and case studies

Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain SAATCA/SETA accreditation compliance
  • Implement risk management protocols
  • Support audit processes

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Provide post-training support
  • Address client queries effectively
  • Collaborate on cross-functional projects
