Position Details
- Job Type: Full Time
- Education: Matric + National Certificate/Diploma (Quality/Environmental/Technical Fields)
- Experience: 3 years in training & auditing
- Location: Pretoria, Gauteng

Purpose
Deliver effective learning solutions to enhance client capabilities aligned with organizational strategy and quality standards.
Key Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate
- NQF Level 6 Diploma in relevant field
Professional Experience:
- 3+ years hands-on training delivery experience
- Proven record in developing course materials
- Technical expertise in ISO standards implementation
Core Responsibilities
Training Operations:
- Conduct ISO standards training (9001, 22000, SANS codes)
- Develop updated course content for new regulations
- Create practical assessment tools and case studies
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain SAATCA/SETA accreditation compliance
- Implement risk management protocols
- Support audit processes
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Provide post-training support
- Address client queries effectively
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects
