Core Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to executive team
- Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence
- Maintain confidential filing systems and document control
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute-taking
- Handle office logistics and visitor management
- Process documentation using word processing software
Required Qualifications
Essential:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Computer proficiency
Preferred:
- Diploma in Secretarial Studies (NQF Level 6)
- 3+ years relevant experience
