Core Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to executive team
  • Manage schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence
  • Maintain confidential filing systems and document control
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute-taking
  • Handle office logistics and visitor management
  • Process documentation using word processing software

Required Qualifications

Essential:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certification
  • 2+ years administrative experience
  • Computer proficiency

Preferred:

  • Diploma in Secretarial Studies (NQF Level 6)
  • 3+ years relevant experience
