Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage executive calendars and meeting coordination
- Provide comprehensive support to company directors
- Handle confidential document management
Operations Management
- Oversee office staff including reception and maintenance teams
- Manage company vehicle fleet and transport logistics
- Coordinate office maintenance and equipment upgrades
Financial Administration
- Process credit card reconciliations
- Monitor corporate expenditure
- Assist with credit applications
Travel & Events
- Coordinate international travel arrangements
- Organize corporate events and promotional activities
- Manage visa applications and foreign exchange
Essential Requirements
- Matric certificate (minimum)
- Proven experience in executive support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills
