Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars and meeting coordination
  • Provide comprehensive support to company directors
  • Handle confidential document management

Operations Management

  • Oversee office staff including reception and maintenance teams
  • Manage company vehicle fleet and transport logistics
  • Coordinate office maintenance and equipment upgrades

Financial Administration

  • Process credit card reconciliations
  • Monitor corporate expenditure
  • Assist with credit applications

Travel & Events

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements
  • Organize corporate events and promotional activities
  • Manage visa applications and foreign exchange

Essential Requirements

  • Matric certificate (minimum)
  • Proven experience in executive support roles
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
