Role Purpose
Provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the Provincial General Manager and provincial office.
Requirements
- Matric certification
- PA Diploma/Certification (advantageous)
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
- Proven experience in executive support functions
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings/events including logistics and documentation
- Handle correspondence and information flow
- Provide secretarial support for management meetings
- Maintain office operations and supply inventory
- Address client inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication
