Role Purpose

Provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial, and operational support to the Provincial General Manager and provincial office.

Requirements

  • Matric certification
  • PA Diploma/Certification (advantageous)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid driver’s license with own vehicle
  • Proven experience in executive support functions

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings/events including logistics and documentation
  • Handle correspondence and information flow
  • Provide secretarial support for management meetings
  • Maintain office operations and supply inventory
  • Address client inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
