Purpose of Role
Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Provincial General Manager while ensuring smooth office management.

- Proven track record in executive support roles
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Strong communication skills
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage executive schedules and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings and events (logistics, agendas, minutes)
- Handle confidential information appropriately
- Oversee office operations and supplies
- Serve as liaison between executives and stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries and resolve operational issues
