Purpose of Role

Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Provincial General Manager while ensuring smooth office management.

Key Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Strong communication skills

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate meetings and events (logistics, agendas, minutes)
  • Handle confidential information appropriately
  • Oversee office operations and supplies
  • Serve as liaison between executives and stakeholders
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve operational issues
