Position Details:

• 🎓 Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) in Engineering/Commerce/Operations Management
• 💼 Experience: 10+ years senior management in SEZ/Customs Zone or Automotive Infrastructure Development
• 📍 Location: Gauteng
• 🔧 Field: Operations & Infrastructure Management

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Compliance:

• Lead team of professionals in zone operations
• Ensure compliance with SEZ Act and regulations
• Manage infrastructure development and maintenance programs

Strategic Operations:

• Develop and implement security strategies
• Oversee customs control area compliance
• Manage stakeholder relationships with government and industry partners

Infrastructure Management:

• Coordinate utilities planning and implementation
• Develop maintenance strategies for zone facilities
• Ensure investor infrastructure requirements are met

Required Expertise:

• Proven track record in industrial zone development
• Experience in automotive/manufacturing sector logistics
• Knowledge of customs procedures and tax incentives
• Strong financial and risk management skills
