Executive Manager: Corporate Services Division (Contract)
Key Requirements:
- Education: Postgraduate degree in HR/Public Administration/Business Admin/Law/Marketing + Master’s in relevant field
- Experience: 10+ years corporate services management (5+ years at senior level) in public/private sector
- Specialization: Governance, strategic planning, organizational development, and risk management
Core Responsibilities:
People Leadership
- Oversee HR operations, performance management, and workforce planning
- Manage employee benefits and labor relations procedures
- Drive organizational transformation and change initiatives
Strategic Management
- Develop/implement corporate strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead enterprise risk management and business continuity planning
- Advise executive leadership on governance and compliance matters
Operational Excellence
- Manage divisional budget and reporting frameworks
- Ensure compliance with legislation and organizational policies
- Oversee ICT infrastructure and facilities management
