Position: Executive Assistant (P10)
Contract Type: Temporary Without Benefits (3 Years)
Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive office operations and serve as primary contact point
- Coordinate procurement, budgeting, and travel arrangements
- Process Board Director remunerations and claims
- Organize meetings, conferences, and corporate events
- Prepare reports and ensure compliance with university/company policies
- Act as liaison between company, university, and external partners
Essential Requirements:
- National Certificate/Diploma in Administration (NQF 6)
- 3-5 years executive support experience
- 5 years in investment/funding sector (preferred)
- Advanced MS Office skills and collaboration tools
- Valid driver’s license and budget management experience
Key Competencies:
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written/verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail and quality control
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Professional discretion and cultural awareness
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field
- Understanding of higher education operations
- Knowledge of corporate governance frameworks
