Position Overview

Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Gauteng (Remote/Office Hybrid)
Experience: 3+ Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
Sectors: Banking & Administrative Support

Core Responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

  • Manage executive scheduling and priority alignment
  • Coordinate risk governance meetings and documentation
  • Oversee financial report reviews and process improvements
  • Handle confidential data with discretion

Strategic Support:

  • Facilitate leadership team coordination
  • Prepare executive briefings and presentations
  • Manage business unit communications
  • Organize corporate events and stakeholder engagements

Administrative Leadership:

  • Streamline travel coordination and expense management
  • Optimize office operations and resource allocation
  • Supervise document control and record-keeping

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Office Administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Proven experience supporting C-level executives
