Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent

Core Responsibilities
Operational Excellence:
- Manage executive scheduling and priority alignment
- Coordinate risk governance meetings and documentation
- Oversee financial report reviews and process improvements
- Handle confidential data with discretion
Strategic Support:
- Facilitate leadership team coordination
- Prepare executive briefings and presentations
- Manage business unit communications
- Organize corporate events and stakeholder engagements
Administrative Leadership:
- Streamline travel coordination and expense management
- Optimize office operations and resource allocation
- Supervise document control and record-keeping
Candidate Profile
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Office Administration
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Proven experience supporting C-level executives
