Position Overview
We seek an experienced professional to provide comprehensive executive support through advanced administrative coordination, complex schedule management, and confidential operational assistance.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support:
- Coordinate executive calendars and prioritization schedules
- Manage domestic/international travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas and official documentation
- Maintain confidential records and filing systems
Financial & Office Management:
- Process invoices and expense reports
- Monitor budget compliance
- Manage office inventory and equipment
Event Coordination:
- Plan corporate events and logistics
- Coordinate venue arrangements
- Manage stakeholder communications
Essential Qualifications
- Proven track record supporting C-level executives
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional communication skills (written/verbal)
Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration
- Financial services industry experience
- Project coordination certification
