Position Overview

We seek an experienced professional to provide comprehensive executive support through advanced administrative coordination, complex schedule management, and confidential operational assistance.

Core Responsibilities

Executive Support:

  • Coordinate executive calendars and prioritization schedules
  • Manage domestic/international travel arrangements
  • Prepare meeting agendas and official documentation
  • Maintain confidential records and filing systems

Financial & Office Management:

  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Monitor budget compliance
  • Manage office inventory and equipment

Event Coordination:

  • Plan corporate events and logistics
  • Coordinate venue arrangements
  • Manage stakeholder communications

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven track record supporting C-level executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional communication skills (written/verbal)

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Project coordination certification
