Position Overview

Provide strategic administrative support to our Customer Regulatory Operations leadership team through efficient coordination and professional communication.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage executive schedules, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points
  • Develop presentations and maintain project tracking systems
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Facilitate communication across departments and stakeholders
  • Organize business unit events and engagement activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • 3+ years executive support experience
  • Advanced MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in financial services sector (preferred)
