Minimum Requirements

  • National Certificate in Secretarial/Administration (minimum)
  • National Diploma or Degree in a related business subject (advantage)
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in an administrative role
  • Basic understanding of company policies
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required
  • Ability to work long hours, including after hours
  • Willingness to work across Corporate Services disciplines
  • Basic understanding of the purchasing order process

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the SVP Corporate Services and the leadership team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for all customers to the Corporate Services team.
  • Maintain accurate records for all employees (full‑time, part‑time, volunteers).
  • Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
  • Manage the electronic filing system and ensure document security in line with the Data Protection Act.
  • Assist with policy updates, internal audits, inspections, and surveys.
  • Handle travel, accommodation, payments, and expense claims for the department.
  • Organise meetings and events for Corporate Services.
  • Support governance and business management system record keeping.
  • Collaborate with other team members on health and safety matters.
