Requirements
- A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in either Ethics, Audit, or Legal fields
- A minimum of 2 years relevant ethics experience
- Membership of Ethics Institute of South Africa, ICFP and/or ACFE recommended
- Valid Code EB driver’s license is recommended
- Computer proficiency, including MS Suite
Key Performance Areas
- Form part of an ethics team in the conducting of multi-disciplinary ethics investigations and proactive initiatives
- Drafting and compiling ethics investigation reports
- Perform proactive ethics awareness initiatives and training sessions
- Implementation and reporting on processes and databases related to, for example, declarations of interest, private work, code of conduct
- Assisting with implementing a City-wide ethics program and conducting internal assessments of the City’s ethics performance
