Legal Estate Administration Diploma (Preferred) - Certification: Fiduciary Institute of South Africa (FISA)
Core Responsibilities
- Manage estate administration processes and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet operational deadlines
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Optimize resource utilization while minimizing operational costs
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Support corporate social responsibility initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of industry legislation
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of administrative systems and procedures
- Understanding of financial regulatory frameworks
